Uber Assistant - Chatbot for Uber
The main problems that I wanted to address were a) language barrier, b) time taken to book the cab and c) incomplete assistance (assistance isn’t given till the journey is completed). 
 
a) Language barrier- the customer and the driver need not communicate with each other. The chatbot will get the data from both the systems and thus give instructions and help individually.
b) Time taken to book- The cab can be booked by giving a single command, while the chatbot has previous choices recorded and the pattern is set (eg. The cab we book, the time we prefer, the payment methods, etc.)
c) Incomplete assistance- While on the normal Uber app, the experience gets frustrating since we are left to deal with the status of the trip and with the driver on our own, this is avoided due to the constant notification and Q and A pattern of the bot.
